requesting a U.S. Array Corps of Engineers (USAGE) jurisdictional
determination for Gateway Park lccated within Coppell, Gallas
County, Texas. Your project !~zs been assigned Project dumber
88C0444; all future correspondence concerning your project should
include the project number. Failure to reference this number will
result in a delay.
The waters of the United States locates within the site are
limited to the excavation channel of Grao_evine Creek. If future
plans involve any activities which might result in the deposition
of dredged and/or fill material within the channel of the above
st;zted water of the United States, please contact this office to
allow u-; to determine Section 404 of the Clean Water Act permit
requirements. :fin application (~iG Form -[345) with instrt;ctions is
enclosed for -your use.
`T'his jurisdictional determination is valid for a period of no
more than two years form the date of this letter, or a lesser
period of time if deemed appropriate. It is incumbent upon the
applicant to remain informed of changes in the USAGE regulations.
