Proposed Drain Pipe Crossing City of Dallas Water Easement

The City of Dallas llevelopment Suvices Department has reviewed the drainage plans for the
Chtunpiona School of Real Lactate and hereby grants permission for the proposed 18-inch RCP drain
pipe to cross the City of Dallas Water Easement in the vicinity of Lot 1, Block 1 in the City of
Coppcll, subject to thu following condition: City of Dallas Water Department personnel must be
present during any excavation within the City of Dallas water easement.
Please add a note to the plans for the contractor to call the City of Dallas Water Department at least
48 hours prior to excavation: Randy Payton at 214-(i70-8035; or Steve Loyd at 214-670-8005. If
any leaks arc noted at any time; please call 21470-57UU.
