The proposed sidewalk along Moore Road must be entirely within the right -of -way or sidewalk easements must be dedicated. UTILITY PLAN: 1. Depending on the capacity of the 18" storm sewer, you may need to tie into the 66" RCP on the east side of Moore Road. 2. All water meters and vaults must be located within the right -of -way or in a dedicated utility easement. 3. Why are you proposing two 2" domestic meters?
