Provide easement for fire hydrants along Belt Line Road. 2. Impact fees will be required. Site Plan Comments 3. Provide dimension for free right tum lane at Wrangler Dr. and for the median opening and left turn lane on Belt Line Road. 4. Provide dimensions of all driveways and radius. 5. Provide ADA ramps at all driveways. 6. Will the fire lane on this property tie into the fire lane to the north? If so, they should align. 7. As discussed in the DRC meeting, the driveways on the south side of the property should lign with the existing driveways on the south side of Wrangler Drive. Utility Plan Comments 8 Show the locations of irrigation meters. Landscaping Plan Comments 9 All trees located in the sight triangles must be relocated.
