The City of Coppell has made a follow -up inspection of the referenced project. The following
items must be corrected prior to final acceptance.
1. Erosion is continuing in the flow line on the south side of the project.
2. Hydromulch seeding does not meet the specifications as spelled out in Pay Item #13.
I would also like to take this opportunity to remind you that the Type M manhole described in
Pay Item #6 was not constructed with this project. Please call when these items have been
addressed so that the project may be brought to a successful conclusion.
