Please see the following documentation addressing the City of Coppell Construction Plan
Review Comments for Riverview Office Development dated July 1, 2003:
PLAT:
1.) Easements have been updated to show widths.
GRADING PLAN:
1.) A Utility Plan has been added.
2.) The proposed edge of pavement and elevations are now shown on the sheet.
3.) I have adjusted the storm sewer accordingly. The fourteen (14) foot inlet of Line 'C' will
intake 9.50 cfs at the slope it is on. The combined area of the land fronting Sandy Lake
and the developed area 'A-3' is 9.02 cfs and will be picked up entirely by this inlet. The
only remaining amount of drainage coming to the 5' inlet is the 2.64 cfs onsite. The
entrance drive in the future shall be placed to slope at least 6 inches up from Sandy Lake
Road before sloping down into our site. This is done so that we do not catch any
drainage from Sandy Lake.

STORM SEWER PLAN /PROFILE:
1.) A safety end treatment headwall has been added. Also, I have included a TxDOT detail
for the details.
2.) Line'C' has been profiled.
