Dear Mr. Davis:
Pecan Hollow will begin excavation in the next 30 to 60 days.
We will get prior approval and provide you with letter of permission
if we find it necessary to grade any adjacent properties. If we
inadvertently cause any damage on adjacent private or public
property we will rectify.
The engineering firm is Dan M. Dowdey & Associates,
16250 Dallas Parkway, Suite 100, Dallas, Texas 75248.
All streets and pad compaction will be tested by Geo-Technique,
211 E. Worth Street, Grapevine, Texas 76051. They have been
instructed to provide your office with the results.
Dowdey and Associates will furnish your office with all plans
as they are completed and reviewed.
