Beechwood Lane Lot #13 - No water to service.
Sta. 10 + 36.41 - Manhole needs regrouting.

Cedar Ridge Ct. Lot #21 - Repour both valve pads.
Cedar Ridge Ct. Lot #21 - Meter can needs replacing.
Sta. 1 + 58-M - Cleanout needs lid and pad needs to be repoured.
Sta. 3 + 15-H -Manhole needs to be regrouted around ring - Mark curb.
Pecan Hollow Lot #9 - F. H. Bonnet leaking.
Pecan Hollow Lot #11 - Reset meter can.
Sta. 18 + 03.08 -Manhole lid will not come off.
Sta. 21 + 57.32 -Manhole ring inside needs regrouting and clean' out
bottom.
Sta. 19 + 78.78 -Manhole grout inside - Clean and smooth out bottom.
Pecan Hollow Lot #27 - Reset meter can.
Corner at Dogwood and Pecan Hollow - Valve missing - Southeast corner.

Southwest corner of project - Clean sand out of bottom of manhole.

RE: Pecan Hollow - Walk Thru
- 317 Lodge Road - Repour block out at alley corner, by power pole.
- On northend of project at all drainage easements, 36", the two (2)
60" and 5' x 2' box head wall - grade around. (dirt work)
- On south side of project need to put erosion control or plug on 6' x
3' box, also need line B-3 or concrete wrap around these areas.
- Cedar Ridge Drive and Dogwood Trail - Pour valve stack at south west
corner.
- Seal all saw joints and redwood headers to within 1/8" of the street
surface.
- Question: Where is the water to go on Lodge Road, there are no drop
inlets.
