Pursuant to:
Appendix C, Section I -Streets and Alleys, Subsection E -Additional Street and Alley Requirements
(Page 80), of the City of Coppell's Subdivision Ordinance,
and
Page SD1 of the City of CoppeiPs Standard Construction Details,
density reports must be provided to the engineering department to verify that the subgrade under all
paving meets the city's requirements.
As of today, the city has not yet received any density reports on the subgrade under the fire lane. In
addition, Rick O'Dell, the inspector, has not been provided with a concrete mix design nor any results
from the concrete cylinder tests. Please pro~>ide any and a]] results of the materials tests that have been
conducted to date. FYI -Alpha Testing has been instructed to no longer accept customer prepared
concrete testing cylinders.
Also, Roland Asebedo, the Assistant Fire Marshal, has stated that no additional work on the buildings
can take place until such time that an approved fire access is provided on site. Please contact Roland to
approve the alternate fire access once it is in place.
