Dear John:
After our last meeting at the site of the referenced project, the decision was made to postpone paving
repairs due to construction conflicts in the area. Those conflicts are no longer an issue, therefore, the
paving failures that existed at that time and those that have occurred in the interim still need to be
corrected. The area of the repairs is from Creekview Drive to Bethel Road.
According to the maintenance bond covering this work, the deficiencies must be corrected in a timely
manner and in accordance with City of Coppell inspection standards. Please contact me at 972 -304-
3684 so that I can arrange to have the necessary pavement marking done prior to your crews beginning
the repair work.
