Pursuant to a conversation with Ken Hunter (Myron Genera] Contractors) it is
Comrttunity Credit Union's understanding that one of the residents has voiced a concern
about the height of the screen wall located behind our branch. Although the wall has
been constructed according to the plans and specifications set forth and approved by the
City of Coppell, Community Credit Union is sensitive to the concerns of our neighbors.
"That being the case, Community Credit Union has agreed to increa9e the height of fifty
two linear feet of the w-all by one foot. The brick has been ordered and as soon as it
arrives the work on the wall will begin. We estimate this work to be completed within
two weeks.
