Sandy Lake Road
The section of Sandy Lake Road, from SH121 to Coppell Road N., is scheduled to start construction in
June 2004. The project will consist of the construction of the outside four lanes of an ultimate six-lane
divided roadway and improved drainage. The section of Sandy Lake Road, from Coppell Road N. to
Denton Tap, is scheduled to start construction in June 2007. Please let me know if you need any

Hi..My name is Lisa Nicholson. My husband and I are looking at some land to
buy on the west side at Sandy Lake and Royal for our business, the Ballet
Academy of Texas. When is that section of Sandy Lake scheduled to be widened? We
