Ken also noticed that you have a contract award for May 2004. The project is scheduled to start
construction in June 2005. This gives us another year for design.

Before I revise the schedule I a couple of questions.
How long do you need for the right-of-way acquisition?
Is 2 or 3 months reasonable for utility relocations?
