On the other accesses, we can accept the cables being moved to the street side (North) to restrict access onto the bridge. The only other request `\ is for there to be some type of reflective markerlplacard on the cable to keep someone from driving through them. Hope this helps. If there are any other questions, or concern write back. ~_ »> Andrea Roy 07/18/03 02:35PM »> '-Roland: Ok-I spoke with Larry Davis (Engineering Inspector) about this bridge connecting to the vacant shopping center and he indicated that a Fire Truck should not be on that bridge. So, there are three bridges getting to the property from Sandy Lake (the middle one is the one that is failing) and one ground level access point from MacArthur. Is there anyway that you can take a look at the site and let me know if the other three access points are sufficient for fire access. The problem we're running into is that we need to restrict access before something happens. It can't be fixed quickly because we're in the process of trying to figure out who's responsibility it is to fix it-the owner's or the City's. Let me know your thoughts. I'm sorry to keep pushing the issue, but just had to try one more time! This one could be contentious.
