Subject: Road Work
Dear Engineering Department
I have a major problem. I was traveling on MacArthur on 5 -13 -03 around 12:00 p.m. and there were
several spots where Men were working.
I was at MacArthur and Lake Forest/Samuel and the right lane was not blocked off. I was behind another
car and there was a wet spot with something white on the road. I got the substance all over my car. I
immediately went to wash it off, and under the white substance was TAR... I took it to Park Place Lexus in
Grapevine to see if they could get it off.
The TAR will not come off. I have traveled that same route for Three Years or so to work and back.
The Manager at Park Place said I was going to have to take it to a body shop and have it checked
because they do not know what could cause the TAR not to come off.
