Dear Mr. Wells:
This letter is written as a follow -up to our telephone conversation of Thursday, April 3, 2003
concerning the final outstanding items associated with the referenced drainage project. During the
course of our conversation you indicated that you were inquiring as to the status of the information
that you had sent. I informed you that I had your file set aside with notes on it pertaining to a
conversation that we had prior to Thanksgiving 2002. My notes indicated that you were going to
provide additional information to the City concerning the outstanding issues, more specifically the
Type M manhole and the hydro mulch seeding.
I stated during our telephone conversation on April 3` that I had not received any information. You
stated that you had sent the information but that in any case you would resend the information.
As of today, April 10, 2003, I have yet to receive any information from you that would assist this
office in finalizing this project. To bring this project to a conclusion please submit any
documentation you have in regards to the Type M manhole and the hydro mulch in a timely
fashion.
