Additional cement may be required (at contractors expense) as pump lines increase or configurations change. • Excessive loss of entrained air may result from boom configuration or free fall discharge. To ensure minimum loss of entrained air when pumping maintain a continuous flow of concrete and do not subject to free -fall. Enclosed for your review is all available back up data for the proposed mix design(s). If strength data is not available or insufficient, confirmation tests may have to be conducted by your laboratory. Unless this office is notified otherwise we will assume concrete mix designs have been approved as submitted. Unless otherwise noted REDI -MIX, LP will guarantee the strength performance of mix design(s) submitted up to a maximum placement temperature of 100 degrees (F) provided an ASTM C494 Type D water reducer is utilized and concrete is placed within 75 minutes from time hatched.
