NOTICE TO PROCEED WITH CONSTRUCTION
Dear Ms. Boney:
This letter will serve as your official notice to begin work on the referenced project For
purposes of the contract, your calendar days will start August 11, 2003. If you should begin
work prior to that date, then the calendar days will commence on the day work begins. One
hundred and twenty (120) calendar days were bid on this project for completion of work.
Therefore, if work begins on August 11, 2003 then the calendar days on the project will expire
on December 8, 2003.
