Dear Mr. Zaccarelli:
A letter was sent on June 20, 2003 advising you of the proposed construction of the
Meadowcreek / Rolling Hills 8 -Inch Water Line project. The project consists of the
installation of approximately 5300 linear feet of 8 -inch PVC water line and related
appurtenances within the right -of -way of Meadowcreek and Rolling Hills roads.
Construction will begin the week of August 4, 2003, with an estimated completion time
of 120 calendar days. The construction will impact many of the mailboxes along
Meadowcreek and Rolling Hills, and mail service to this area may need to be modified
during construction.
