FYI -The owner is refusing to conduct any of the paving and subsurtace tests as was agreed on in a
meeting we had last Friday. We suspect that the fire lane paving has insufficient thickness in several
locations. We do not have densities or soil analysis on the subgrade. We do not have cylinder breaks. In
addition, the concrete mix design indicates that fly ash was used which is in violation to the city's
subdivision ordinance.
Please do not issue any CO's or approvals until this matter is resolved. Let me know if you have any
