Ken and I have both talked to residents of the mobile home park about visibility
issues. A car must pullout into the road before on-cominq traffic can be seen. The
fences on both sides of the western-most drive, and the mobile home park sign on
the eastem-most drive are causing the problems. There is a section of fence that
was shown on the 2nd submittal plans that was not shown in the later submittals.
This section of fence is part of the problem. The inspector thinks that the sign may
be in the right-of-way the plans show the siqn on private property. The visibility issue
was addressed in our plan review comments. What needs to be done to correct this
problem?
