7/17 1. Mark Bice (Exel Foundation) called BJM and mentioned that 2" x 6" boards are placed on top
of the handrail caps in past City projects similar to this one, and asked if they should be used
for this project. BJM is to call the City on this matter.
7/18 1. BJM faxed Suzan Taylor a sketch showing the new 2 "x6" boards, and requested a response
if the City prefers to use the hand one word rail boards.
