Walk thru for Town Center Blvd.
A walk-thru on the above referenced project was conducted on
7-17-96 and the items below were found to be deficient.
Pour concrete pad around Main Line Valve at the tie in at
Parkway Blvd.
All Main Line Valves and Fire Hydrant Valves need to be
marked on the street.
The Fire Hydrant Valve at the 2nd fire hydrant on the west
side of the street needs straightening up so the valve
wrench can get on it.
The first Manhole south of Parkway in the middle of the
street needs chimney seal tightened up. (It is very loose
and may fall in.)
The 2nd fire hydrant on the east side of the street is
leaking at the Bonnet.
The 2nd Manhole in the middle of the street south of Parkway
needs the chimney seal tightened up.(It may fall in.)
The 3rd fire hydrant on the east side of the road is leaking
below the ground.
The 3rd Manhole in the middle of the street south of Parkway
need to be tightened.
Locate the Sewer Stub-out on the west side of the street
near the first Manhole.
Please ensure that these items get taken care of and if you have
any questions, please give me a call.

Criminal Justice Center.
