The Fargo technician traveled to the above referenced site as requested to perform field
testing.
The condition of the fill at this time was such that the required compaction could not be
attained. The fill was very wet and needed to dry out. The technician was informed that T.
Barnes would call in the morning.
At the completion of the scheduled testing, the technician returned to the office.
