The Fargo technician traveled to the above referenced site as requested to perform field
testing.
Upon arrival, compaction of fill was in progress. However, the southern approximate one-
half of excavated area was still too wet to achieve the proper compaction as determined by
several density/moisture tests. Tests were conducted for the purpose of contractor information
only and were not reported. Mr. Barnes informed the technician that he would call tomorrow
morning for field density testing.
T. Barnes was informed of all observations.
At the completion of the scheduled testing, the technician returned to the office.
