The Fargo technician traveled to the above referenced site as requested to perfonn field
testing.
The technician observed mixing and moisture conditioning of excavated soil. No field
density testing was required due to area not ready due to periodic equipment breakdowns.
T. Barnes was informed of all observations.
At the completion of the scheduled testing, the technician returned to the office.
