Dear Mr. Edwards:
The Elevated Sidewalk detail on Sheet C3.0 of the plans shows the 4" square galvanized
wire located on the inside of the 4 "x4" cedar posts. As of this date, the City is requesting
that the 4" square wire be installed on the outside of the 4 "x4" cedar posts. This will
only effect the portion of the elevated sidewalk that has not had the wire installed.
