Ruby Road Visibility
As per our conversation, the City will coordinate with the mobile home park owner to move the existing
sign located at the eastern drive approach, and that by moving the sign the visibility issues associated with
the eastern drive should be resolved. Also as per our conversation, the issue concerning the western
drive is still unresolved. Upon visiting the site, Pacheco Koch offers the following suggestions that might
improved visibility associated with the western drive:
1. Remove and replace the existing wood fence and shed (west of the western drive) parallel to the road.
2. Remove and replace the existing wood fence (east of the western drive) back at least two feet.
3. Relocate the existing Light Pole on the western side of the western drive approach outside of the direct
view of the oncoming traffic.
