Per your request, we have mapped the pond with regards tO existing
water and silt levels. After mapping the pond and considering
various options to reduce the water level and isolate the existing
headwall for connection, we believe this task can best be achieved
by constructing a temporary earth cofferdam. This cofferdam will
be constructed as near to the outfall of the exiting headwall as is
reasonable to allow for work space.
Due to this construction, we are anticipating a need to repair
and/or replace some existing landscape features. These may also
include repairs to existing underground sprinkler system in the
area. we will take measures to minimize any damage to these
features while also performin~ the work in a manner no provide the
shortes~ possible disruption to the homeowners and the pond itself.
