The plat shows a drainage easement between lots 1 and 2; however, no drainage plans have been submitted. Please provide drainage plans to show what drainage improvements will be in the easement. Developer Information Comments: 2. Across section detail should be provided for the road humps proposed in the fire lane. Also, the road hump near Heartz Road should either be moved approximately 60 feet away from the intersection or eliminated. If it is eliminated, it still appears as though you would have two road humps to help deter cut-through traffic. 3. The band of brick pavers for both the intersections of Parkway and Heartz should be 8 feet in width. 4. Fees will be required for water and sewer.
