1. Mark on curb MLV in blue on Beltline V valve.
2. Need 3' Ext. on first valve.
3. Place bIue fire hydrant street marker in street.
4. V fire hydrant will not drain after cut off.
5. (Meter can replace) too small and meter loop and curb stop cut off - must see in can
- domestic and irrigation V.
6. Mark on curb DOM & IRR in blue.
7. DC test papers fax to me.
8. Missing City sewer cleanout from building.
9. Missing City main line sewer cleanout.
10. Paint manhole lid red.
