Greg - I have been told that the new tenent in the old Community Credit Union space is doing some
parking lot repairs. The problem is, they are using hotmix assphalt instead of doing concrete repairs. Do
you know if they have a permit from your dept. for this? We haven't seen anything in out dept. on this
project. Ordinarily, parking lot pavement repairs/changes are permitted and inspected through building
inspections. Thanks.

Subject: Braewood Center Asphalt
We are working on two issues.....
1) Larry and I met this afternoon with one of the sub's hired to haul the asphalt. He is now aware that his
drivers are not to impede the flow of traffic without the proper signage. The contractor (Advanced Paving)
has been in touch with Larry and they will be meeting with him on Monday.
2) The contractor has been in touch with the property management company regarding the use of asphalt
paving. They have been instructed to contact either engineering or building inspections to work through
the proper permitting process.
