Notice to Proceed
Contractor to take delivery of pre -cast box culvert the first week in March 2002.
Construction
WEEK 1 (Apr. 21 -25)
Placed the signs. Sawcut DeForest. Installed 36' into the headwall - demolished 36' back to first manhole installed to 2l7 south.
WEEK 2 (Apr. 28 - May 2)
Installed the 27' storm drain to approximate Sta. 2 +81. Installed the 24" storm drain to approximate Sta. 6 +00.
WEEK 3 (May 5 - 9)
Installed the 24' storm drain across the park.
WEEK 4 (May 12 -16)
Installed 24' storm drain across Samuel. Poured the pavement repair. Installed 24' lateral south to MacArthur. Poured one inlet bottom on Samuel and one inlet bottom on MacArthur.
WEEK 5 (May 19 - 23)
Finished the installation of storm drain across MacArthur. Wafting on gas main relocation to pour inlets at Samuel.
WEEK 6 (May 26.30)
Conflicts with power poles and underground utilities - will delay the construction of inlets at Cribbs Drive. Need to determine the owners of the utilities.
WEEK 7 (June 2 -6)
Construction of project is delayed approximately three weeks while the conflicting utilties are relocated. Project is approximately 85% complete.
WEEK 8 (June 9 -13)
No activity.
WEEK 9 (June 16 - 20)
No activity.
WEEK 10 (June 23 - 27)
No activity.
WEEK 11 (June 30 -July 4)
Oncor is preparing relocation plans. Talked to Larry Reddick (972323 -8917) - agreed it is their cost to relocate.
WEEK 12 (July 07 -11)
No work.
WEEK 13 (July 14 - 18)
Cut the Cribbs alley for inlet and removed concrete. Electric conduit was temporary conduit and was cut. Poured inlets on the east and west side of MacArthur.
WEEK 14 (July 21 - 25)
Finished installation of inlet at Chbbs and inlets along MacArthur. All that is left is to seal joints, concrete repair, wipe -down inlets, sod and hydromulch.
WEEK 15 (July 28 - Aug.1)
Substantially completed the project.
