Professional Services Agreement
Dear Mr. Clark:
We reviewed the above referenced agreement, and have the following comments for your
consideration:
SCOPE OF SERVICES
1. Renumber the scope of services.
2. Include "record drawings" as part of the scope of services. The drawings will be
provided to the City upon completion of the project.
3. Change the name on the City of Coppell signature block to Jim Witt, City Manager.
EXHIBIT "B"
1. Page 1, Item 5.
Change this paragraph to read that the Owner shall provide OPS with all "available"
information related to project and shall furnish all "available" information or services
as expeditiously as possible.
2. Page 2, Item 6.
Delete "and shall bear all costs incident thereto so as not to delay the services of
OPS."
3. Page 2, Item 10.
Delete the sentence that reads: "Invoices that are unpaid after that time will be subject
to an interest charge of one percent per month."
4. Page 3, Item 13.
Rewrite this paragraph to give the City the right to make copies of the drawings if
requested by citizens. The City has to comply with open record requests and these
drawings are open records.

5. Page 3, Item 16.
Change "of' to "or" in line eight and change "an" to "any" in line twelve.
Please make the necessary changes to the professional services agreement and resubmit
two copies for the City's execution. Your consideration of this matter is appreciated and
