At the May 27, 2003 City Council meeting, a construction contract for the above
referenced project was awarded to your firm. The City has scheduled a public meeting
with the residents that live along Meadowcreek Road and Rolling Hills Road to discuss
the proposed project. The meeting is set for Tuesday, June 17`" at 7:00 p.m. in the City
Council chambers at Town Center. The City Engineer and Project Inspector will attend.
We are respectfully requesting that the person responsible for the day -to -day construction
and supervision of the project attend this meeting and be available to discuss the project
with the residents. Please let me know if the proposed date and time are suitable for you.
We are notifying the residents of the award of the project to your firm and of the
upcoming public meeting. Please provide me with the names and 24 -hour telephone
numbers of persons that will be responsible for the construction of the project. This
information will be included in the letter to the residents.
