Dear Mr. Schneeberg:
Enclosed is a copy of the revised City of Coppell Development Fee Assessment table, along with a copy
of the Development Fee calculations for the referenced development.
I failed to include the fees associated with the 6" double detector check and vault in the original
assessment. The additional fees for water and sewer taps, water meters, and utility inspection fees need to
be paid by separate check at the new Public Works Service Center, 816 S. Coppell Road. Meters will be
ordered when those fees are paid.
