I have reviewed your proposed grading plan (')heet Cl) [or the above referenced lot prepared by
Bentley Engineering, Inc, and dated December 2, 2002. The plan shows that Lot 2 will be
graded such that storm water will sheet flow northwesterly across Lot 2 and will reach my south
property line in an unconcentrated manner.
The plan shows that no grading will be done 1.11 Lot 3,
1 have no objection to the implementation oftl.e grading as described above ,md as shown on
your plan. It; in the future, you or your succes)Or proposes additional grading or drainage
improvements for Lot 2 or Lot 3 that would alt er the way my property receives storm water, I
reserve thc right to review and approve those improvements.
lvly approval as expressed herein, is predicated upon your willingness to allow me or my
successor to present to you or your successor, r lans showing the regrading of the nOJ1h edge of
your Lots 2 and 3 to direct drainage to my property in a different manner. Your or your
successor's approval for such grading will not lie unreasonably withheld.
