Hi Teresa:
Here's my list of excuses:
1. Gesek came back from Africa a day later than I expected and didn't
work Thursday.
2. Our lender did not get the does ready and our financing closes on
Monday OS-11 now.
3. My contractor appears to have miscalculated the fee and he's out of
the office until 08-11.
4. As soon as we get this straight withy the contractor, we'll get it to
you a.s.a.p.
5. We will not give anyone a contract or notice to proceed before you
are paid.
Sorry for the delay. I would not have agreed to have the precon meeting
if I'd known we had to pay the fee first.
