Tim:
From your discussions with TOOT regarding the drive approaches, do you think they would allow this ??

Teresa,
I'm sorry to bother you so late in the day but, since you're looking at
the project right now, I thought I would run this by you...
A new factor has come up in the design of the Securlock site. The site
cannot have a steep slope at the entrance drive from the 121 access road
where the main entrance is located (the south -most drive / closest to
Northpoint Drive). The traffic in this area will consist of the
occasional large truck with a low -lying trailer. The way the entrance is
graded to go up and over the storm sewer would not allow this type of
traffic.
Would it be possible to direct the runoff from the future development
site to the south over the entrance drive at this point? I just don't
see any other way of conveying the water subsurface in this area. If you
have any ideas, let me know.
Thanks,
Timothy J. Porter, P.E.
