Ken Griffin spoke with Bill Anderson of Dowdey Anderson Associates regarding the drainage at the back
of the church property. Bill indicated that he would prefer the runoff to be concentrated for ease of picking
the water up when the David A. Phillips tract is developed. Please contact Bill (if you haven't yet done so)
and discuss your options. It would be best if both parties were in agreement. Let me know if you have
any questions. Thanks.

Craig,
Please see the attached comment letter for the 2nd review. Ken Griffin
is requesting that you and Mr. Sulkowski come in for a meeting to
discuss the plans. Ken is available this Thursday at 9:00, 10:00, or
2:00. Would any of those times work for you? Thanks.

Teresa,
I wanted to make you aware of a revision to the utility plan on the
second submittal for First Baptist Church. I recently observed in the
field that the "existing" manhole in Denton Tap Road does not exist
per
the as -built plans. There are other manholes that exist to the north
and south of the church site along Denton Tap, but they would require
a
much longer sewer service run from the proposed addition, easements
from
other property owners, and /or extra sawcut of Denton Tap Road to
install. Instead we propose to install a new sanitary sewer manhole
directly over the existing sewer main, connect the existing main to
the
manhole, and connect the proposed service to the manhole at 90 degrees
to the existing sewer main. This revision is shown on the submitted
utility plan. Please call if you have any questions. Thank you.
