RE: Wagon Wheel Park Creek Crossing, Concrete
Dear Mr. Green,
I have requested Schrickel Rollins & Associates to inspect some of the concrete trai I that was installed on
the East Side of the project near the bridge. The section in question has at least (6) cracks that go the entire
way through the trail, as well as across it. The cracks have been repaired twice already once by SRO, and
once by Green Scaping, Both attempts to repair the concrete have failed. Please inspect the section of
concrete in question and get back with Schrickel Rollins to discuss repairing or replacing the concrete. The
City of Coppell will not accept the concrete in its current condition.
