1) Indicate location of fire lane.
2) The connection to the existing private 8" water line located at the southeast corner of the
property will not be allowed unless a signed agreement is acquired from the owner of the
private water line.
3) Show visibility sight triangles at all ingress /egress points.
4) Show turning radius of fire lane.
5) Site plan shows a 20' access easement. Which one is correct?
6) Label access easement as a fire lane.
Site Plan
1) Provide utility plans and drainage plans.
2) The proposed meters located along Samuel Blvd. need to be located in a utility easement so
they do not conflict with the proposed sidewalk which will be located in the right -of -way.
