I just spoke with him this a.m.. I left messages for him yesterday and last week.
He didn't give me any indication as to when they were sent. If his legal dept. is elsewhere (out of state ?),
he probably doesn't know.

I talked with Mark last Friday, and he asked me if I had received any
easements. I told him no and he said he would contact their legal
department and check on the status of the easements. When did you talk
with him? Do you think that the easements were sent in the last few
days?

Suzan,
After various attempts, I reached Mark Askew, Property Manager with
Affordable Residential Communities, owners of the Golden Triangle Mobile
Home Park. He stated to me that he previously sent the referenced
executed legal instrument (two utility easements) to the City of
Coppell.
Maybe he sent it to the City Secretary for fling? Anyway, he said he
would send me a copy.
Upon second thought, I called him back and left a message for him to
send me an original since it is typically required for filing.

Have you made any progress with the owner of the mobile home park
concerning the utility easements? Did they ever respond to you? We
have not heard anything and have not received any easements.
