The "As-Built" drainaRe plans for Deer Run show the bar ditch and pipe at the
intersection of Coppell Road/Ruby Road flowin,q to the south. The Ruby Road plans
show the two 12-inch pipes flowin.q to the north with a note to ",qrade to drain." In
order for the pipe to drain (aecnrdin,q to the elevations shown on the as-built plans)l
the bar ditch will need to be ,qraded past the most northern entrance to Deer Run.
The pmiect inspector has indicated that we have a draina,qe problem. Based on
survey data for Ruby Road, can I ,qet a drawing that shows the limits of the qradin,q
and how the drainaRe needs to be handled at the intersection.
