The Reserve at Coppell
Home Owner's Association
1406 Halsey Way, Ste 100
Carrollton, Texas 75007-6447
The City of Coppell will soon begin construction improvements which include paving,
streetscape, storm drain and water lines in the historic downtown area. The
improvements are limited to Bethel Road from Freeport Parkway on the west to Denton
Tap Road on the east. The Coppell Road portion of the project is limited to the area
bounded by Bethel Road to the south and Cooper Lane to the North.
The City has contracted Fmese and Nichols to design and construct the improvements to
this area. It is the intent of the City of Coppell to maintain the current landscaping
however, some greenbelt or common areas along Bethel Road and Coppell Road will be
disturbed during the construction portion of the project. In order to keep the residents
well informed we will need to contact The Reserve at Coppell Homeowner's Association.
It would be most helpful if you could provide the name, address and phone number of the
HOA's president or contact person.
Please contact me at your earliest convenience at 214.217.2217 or you can contact my
assistant Melinda Polley at 214.217.2234.
Sincerely,
