Walk Thru for Spine Road and East/West Blvd.
A walk through was conducted at the above referenced location
today. The following deficiencies were identified:
Town Center Drive -- rout and seal crack in median
nose. Also pavement west end of first median off of
Denton Tap.
Rout and seal crack at redwood header behind paver band
eastbound at median and south side of road on front
side of paver band - south side going into ADA pavers.
Southwest corner of Town Center Drive/Town Center Blvd.
-- looks as if there is a bird bath.
Same corner as above, rout and seal crack located on
south end of paver band radius.
Replace Yellow II Button north of drop inlet on east
side of road on Town Center Blvd.
Rout and seal crack on north end of curb return radius
at driveway of Comerica Bank on Town Center Blvd. Also
on the south end of drive.
Rout and seal pavement crack located at south end curb
return of drop inlet south of Comerica Drive southbound
lanes.
Rout and seal curb and pavement crack at Town Center
Drive - Town Center Blvd. on median nose north side of
intersection.
Rout and seal curb and pavement cracks at Town Center
Drive/Denton Tap Road westbound lanes north end paver
band. Same on south end of paver band.
