Take a cash bond @ 1/2 cost and work w/ Building Inspections to get a temporary CO until we get actual
bond. We will refund $ when we receive bond. That typically will give them 30 days.

They have dragged their feet on getting the maintenance bond and now they want to post a cash bond
until they real bond goes through. How do I proceed?
