Construction Plan Review Comments
Dear Mr. Daniel:
The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
General Comments -
1. For administrative approval of the plat, please contact the Planning Department at 972-304-
3678.
2. Ensure plans meet all Planning Department requirements (i.e. parking, landscaping, etc.).
Plat -
Clearly indicate the differences between the original plat and what is being amended by this plat.
Sheet 4 -
Relocate or move the `Silt Fencing' label on the east side of the parking lot.
Sheet 7 -
Indicate that the existing rip-rap will be removed.
Once the necessary corrections have been made, please return this marked-up set and two sets
of revised plans to the City for review. If you have any questions or need any additional
