Planning Department Marcie Diamond 7129103 1. Resolve all discrepancies on size of the lot, size of
the building and the finished floor elevations, on all
sheets, including the plat.
2. Need to clarify the exact location of the existing
electric meters within the "Oncor" easement. The plat
indicates that this easement is actually located under
the proposed building.
3. There is a note on the site plan, along the southern
property line indicating a 10' gas easement, what is that
referring to?.. it is not indicated on the plat.
4. Update the Flood Plain administrators signature
block to reflect the year 2003
5. The name of the plat should be Lot 2R, Block 1,
because it is a replat ,revise all references to the lot on
the plat.
6. Revise the Franchise Utility Signature Block as
follows:
