We are enclosing two sets each of full size and half size preliminary construction plans for the Denton Tap
Road 16 -inch Water Line (Airline Drive to Bethel Road). This set represents a 90% complete submittal and
is for your review and comment. In addition, a copy of the preliminary specifications and quantities has
been included for your review and comment. Based on this preliminary submittal, our opinion of probable
construction cost for this project is in the range of $430,000.
